What are Neuromodulators?
Neuromodulators are injectable treatments that soften the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles by temporarily relaxing the muscles that cause them. They’re commonly used for expression lines on the forehead, between the eyebrows (frown lines), and around the eyes (crow’s feet). Rather than adding volume like dermal fillers, neuromodulators work by calming the repetitive muscle movements that lead to wrinkles over time — for a smoother, refreshed look that still preserves your natural expression.

Dysport — Works similarly to Botox and can be an excellent choice for treating larger or broader areas, such as the forehead. Many patients find it takes effect quickly.
Xeomin — A purified neuromodulator, uniquely free of the complexing proteins found in some other products. It’s a great option for patients who prefer a “clean,” additive-free formula.
Daxxify — Longer-Lasting Wrinkle Relief — A newer, peptide-powered neuromodulator known for its longer duration. Many patients enjoy results that last noticeably longer than traditional treatments, meaning fewer visits to maintain your look. Ideal if you love your results but want to stretch the time between appointments.
Letybo — A vegan-friendly neuromodulator that does not contain human-derived albumin, making it a unique option for patients seeking an alternative to traditional wrinkle-relaxing injectables.

How long does it take to see results?
Results typically become noticeable within 3 to 7 days post-treatment, with full effects seen at around 14 days.

Are there any side effects?
Side effects are generally mild and temporary. They can include bruising, swelling, redness at the injection site, headache, or flu-like symptoms. More serious side effects are rare but can include muscle weakness or difficulty swallowing when treating neck areas.
Can everyone use neuromodulators?
Not everyone is a good candidate for neuromodulator treatments. People with certain neurological diseases, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and those allergic to any component of the injection should not receive neuromodulator treatments.
