The microneedles are used to create tiny wounds beneath the skin to help with the transdermal delivery of hyaluronic acid which helps to heal the tissue, stimulate collagen production, and increase hydration. Microneedling is often used to improve common skin concerns such as:

What to Expect During Treatment with SkinPen microneedling
Before your SkinPen microneedling treatment, your skin will be prepped and a numbing agent will be applied to maximize your comfort. Your aesthetician will then begin gliding the microneedling pen across the target areas of your face, creating tiny punctures in the skin.
After your treatment, a serum or cream may be applied to your skin to optimize results. A home care regimen will also be recommended in order to maintain your results.
