Dr. Malakouti is a board-certified dermatologist practicing comprehensive medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. Dr. Malakouti currently serves as a medical director for Frontier Dermatology, co-chairs the Cosmetics Committee, and is a member of the Medical Advisory Board
Dr. Malakouti sees the range of skin conditions and has performed thousands of medical and cosmetic procedures. He has a special interest in the early identification of skin cancer and advanced therapies for inflammatory conditions like Acne, Alopecia, Eczema, HS, and Psoriasis.
He provides comprehensive cosmetic services including Botox, fillers, medium-deep chemical peels, resurfacing laser, and minor surgical procedures such as ear lobe repair.
Dr. Malakouti is a husband, father, and has two rescue dogs. He is a self-described “car geek” and loves movie trivia.

Education
Dr. Malakouti completed his Dermatology Residency at Howard University Hospital in Washington, D.C. where he also served as Chief Resident. He completed medical school at Virginia Commonwealth University/Medical College of Virginia, and earned his B.S. in Biochemistry & Cell Biology from UC San Diego. He has published numerous scientific articles in peer reviewed journals and has presented his work at several national conferences.
